1. Overview
This website is operated by MeowJiko TCG Co. Ltd.  ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including the additional policies referenced here (our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Pre-Order Policy, and Privacy Policy). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our site or placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site.

2. Eligibility
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products, pricing & availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.

We strive to display our products and prices as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is error-free. In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the incorrect item, including after an order has been submitted or confirmed. If an order is cancelled for this reason and payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for that item.

4. Authenticity
We sell genuine, authentic collectible products sourced through legitimate channels. We stand behind the authenticity of the products we sell. Sealed products are sold as received from the manufacturer or authorized supplier, and we do not open, alter, or tamper with sealed items.

5. Orders & payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment must be received and confirmed before an order is processed and shipped. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Certain items are available for pre-order under a deposit-based payment structure. Pre-orders are governed by our separate Pre-Order Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Shipping, returns & pre-orders
Fulfilment, delivery, customs, and duties are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Pre-orders are governed by our Pre-Order Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of each of these policies as applicable to your purchase. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific policy, the specific policy controls for its subject matter.

7. Intellectual property — our content
The content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, layout, and images we create — is our property or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of the site without our express written permission.

8. Third-party trademarks & no affiliation
Product names, brands, characters, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners. All such names and marks are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

MeowJiko TCG Co. Ltd. is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any of the manufacturers, publishers, or intellectual property owners of the products we sell, unless expressly stated. Reference to any third-party product or brand does not imply any such relationship.

9. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or our products to: violate any laws or regulations; infringe our intellectual property or that of others; submit false or misleading information; transmit malicious code; engage in fraudulent activity; or interfere with the security or operation of the site. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the site for violating any of these prohibitions.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and shipping address, so that we can complete your orders and contact you as needed. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information you provide (see our Shipping Policy regarding incorrect addresses).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeowJiko TCG Co. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the purchase or use of any product. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
