Pre-Order Policy

What a pre-order is
A pre-order lets you reserve an item before it is released to the retail market. By placing a pre-order, you secure your copy in advance, so that once the product is released, we can obtain it and ship it to you as quickly as possible. Pre-order items are not yet in stock at the time of ordering.

Deposit & payment structure
Pre-orders operate on a two-part payment:

• A 60% deposit is paid at the time you place your pre-order. This deposit reserves your item and funds our advance order with the supplier.
• The remaining 40% balance is due when the product is nearing retail release and preparing to ship. We will contact you when the balance is due.

Your order will only be dispatched once the full balance (100%) has been paid. If the remaining balance is not paid within the timeframe we specify when we request it, your order may be cancelled (see "Cancellations & deposits" below).

Estimated arrival dates
For each pre-order item, we provide an estimated date or window for when the product is expected to reach you. This estimate is based on information from our suppliers and is provided in good faith.

Estimated dates are not guaranteed. Pre-order timelines depend on manufacturers, suppliers, and shipping schedules that are outside our control. Release dates are frequently moved by the manufacturer. We do not offer compensation, discounts, or refunds for pre-orders that arrive later than the estimated date, or for delays in release, production, or shipping. Placing a pre-order means you accept that the arrival date is an estimate and may change.

Cancellations & deposits
Because your deposit is used to place a firm advance order with our supplier on your behalf, pre-order deposits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, contact us as early as possible and we will review your request. Once we have committed your order to the supplier, we are generally unable to refund the deposit.

Changes to pre-orders
Occasionally, a manufacturer may cancel a product, change its contents or specifications, or fail to release it. If a pre-ordered item is cancelled by the manufacturer and we are unable to fulfil your order, we will offer you either a store credit or a refund of amounts paid toward that item.

Shipping of pre-order items
Once your pre-order is paid in full and the product is in hand, it ships according to our standard Shipping Policy, including processing times, tracking, insurance, and customs/duties terms.

Mixed orders
If you order pre-order and in-stock items together, your entire order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available. If you want in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.
